DailySpark is not a substitute for professional speaking coaching or therapy. We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from your use of the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DailySpark and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
